Appointments & Payments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through our practice management system (Cliniko).

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe) are used for payments.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Fees are set in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and industry standards.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We manage all personal and health information in accordance with:

  • The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

  • The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

  • AHPRA record-keeping and confidentiality standards
